Deviled Eggs Recipe: 3 Ingredient Recipes

Louise the Chicken is here and she’s feeling in a devilish mood, so we’re going to make a party and snack time favorite…deviled eggs! Deviled eggs are a simple appetizer that you can make in a short time, and with as few as 3 ingredients. A good deviled egg recipe will make you the hit of any party, and you can customize the filling to be as simple or as complicated as you’d like.

Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 eggs (or however many you’d like)
2-3 tsp. mayonnaise (adjust for # of eggs you use)
Sriracha to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay eggs into a metal cupcake or muffin tin and place in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Immediately upon removing from oven, place in bowl of ice water and let sit for 10 minutes.

Peel eggs and split lengthwise. Pop out the egg yolks and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise and mix until well combined. Add in Sriracha, a few drops at a time, until you achieve the level of spice you want. Stuff egg cavities with yolk mixture and top with a dot of the Sriracha.

Serve cold.
