This fruit dip uses mascarpone cheese, lemon and honey to make a light, fluffy dip that you can dip fruit, pretzels, or whatever you’d like into.
Mascarpone Fruit Dip
8 oz. Mascarpone cheese
Zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. granulated honey or regular honey
Mix all ingredients together and whip until fluffy. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour and serve with your favorite dipping treats.
