Rupert is in the kitchen, and he’s ready for a sweet treat. We decided to make a mini version of Mallomar cookies, a marshmallow and chocolate sweet on top of a graham cracker cookie base. These treats are simple to make, will satisfy your sweet tooth, and as always, they’re only 3 ingredients!
Marshmallow Fluff (or marshmallows)
Chocolate melting discs
Cut the graham crackers into rounds. Top each cracker with a spoonful of marshmallow fluff (or a marshmallow cut to size). Melt your chocolate discs and dip each marshmallow-covered graham cracker, coating the entire cookie, and then dry on parchment paper.
