DOG is waiting patiently for his person to get home from work. He can sit at the door, like many dogs can, and just be patient. George, being a cat, is as impatient as other cats are, and he needs other things to do to occupy his mind. While being patient or impatient are not things that are good or bad for self esteem all by themselves, knowing what your level of patience is and how to work on it or understand the patience levels of others can be good to maintaining and building good self esteem.

Remember: Be like cat. Be good to self.
