Cat-ah! is back, and he would like to make some tater tots with me! These childhood treats are simple to make, can be customized to any flavor you’d like and as always are only 3 ingredients!
2-3 large Russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
2-3 tablespoons olive oil (we used garlic-infused olive oil)
Salt to taste
Microwave potatoes 2-4 minutes on HIGH or until potatoes are just less than fork tender. Transfer to food processor and pulse until sticky shreds form. Roll into cylinder shapes and place on well-oiled cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional oil and salt. Bake for 10 minutes at 400F, then flip once and bake on the other side. Serve hot.
