Rupert is back for another Thanksgiving recipe! This week, we’re using his favorite fruit, cranberries (or “cranbabies,” as Rupert calls them) and putting them into some rolls along with some delicious, creamy brie cheese. These dinner rolls are sure to satisfy at any Thanksgiving dinner or anytime, because they’re sweet and savory, cheesy and hearty. And as always, they only require 3 ingredients!
Cranberry Brie Rolls
1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 cup dried cranberries
8 tablespoons brie cheese
Unroll the crescent dough and fill with a spoonful of brie cheese and a handful of dried cranberries. Roll up loosely over filling and bake according to package instructions, adding a short amount of time to cook fully through. Serve warm.
