It’s that time of year again! VidCon, the #1 convention for YouTubers, YouTube creators, industry professionals and fans, is once again looking for channels that are “less than famous.” And because Sullivan Spaniel is as “less than famous” as a dog can get, he’s decided to submit our channel, Xingcat, to join the panel!
