I thought I didn’t have a co-host for today’s recipe, but a bright beam of light brought Fwed! Fwed is a Fearless Wandering Extraterrestrial Dude, and he’s going to help me make an easy, sweet, light raisin honey danish. As always, it’s only 3 ingredients.
Raisin Honey Danish
Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup honey
1 sheet puff pastry
Roll out puff pastry on floured surface. Mix raisins and honey in a bowl until raisins are fully coated. Spread raisin honey mixture on puff pastry, then roll into a cigar shape. Cut into discs about 1 inch thick, and arrange on parchment-covered baking sheet. Bake on a preheated 400F oven for 15 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
Yields 9 danish.
