Cloud Bread
Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
1/ tsp. cream of tartar
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites and cream of tartar together until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold yolks into meringue until well combine. Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased or lined cookie sheet and bake at 300F for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top and bottom. Cool on baking rack. Store in airtight container for up to a week.
