Mutton is back, and he’s going to join me for a movie night. We’ve decided to make some special popcorn for our movie, popcorn that’s flavored with cotton candy! This easy take on kettle corn is simple to make, takes only a few minutes, and is (as always) just 3 ingredients!

Cotton Candy Popcorn:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1/3 cup cotton candy sugar
3 tablespoons oil

Combine all ingredients into a stovetop popcorn maker or a large pan with a lid. Cook on medium-high heat until the popping slows down to less than 1 pop per 3-5 seconds, then remove the lid and immediately transfer popcorn to a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool, breaking up any clumps of popcorn that stuck together. Store in an airtight container.
