Egg Noodles Recipe: 3 Ingredient Recipes

Fall is coming, and what is better during the cold weather than some rich, hearty soup? And what’s soup without some noodles? Egg noodles are easy to make, take ingredients that you most likely have in your pantry, and are delicious and hearty. And of course, as always, it’s just 3 ingredients!

Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour, with extra for the rolling surface and rolling pin.
ΒΌ teaspoon salt
Beat the eggs until frothy. Add flour and salt, and stir until you reach a dough texture.
Knead until smooth, and then turn into floured cutting board. Roll the dough out to the desired thickness. Cover with a towel and let dry for about 1 hour. Cut into strips/noodles and drop into boiling water or broth. Cook for several minutes or until tender. Serve immediately.
