Orange Sherbet Recipe: 3 Ingredient Recipes

Many thanks to Cricket from Cooking with Cricket for the suggestion! https://www.youtube.com/user/cricket516

Rupert ate all the watermelon ice cream we just made, so he’s asking for more! Instead, we’re making a delicious orange sherbet. Sherbet is a cross between sorbet and ice cream that uses fruit juice, cream, and a little bit of sugar to blend together into a creamy, fresh concoction that’s delicious and just perfect for summer.

Orange Sherbet

Ingredients
2 cups orange juice (no pulp, or strain out the pulp)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream (or half and half)

Stir sugar into ice cold orange juice until fully dissolved. Pour into ice cream maker and start churning. Pour cream over juice/sugar mixture and churn until frozen. Transfer to covered container and freeze for several hours or overnight until firm.
