Maguire is here for dinner, and since he’s a vegan donkey, we can’t serve the honey mustard dressing we had in the fridge, as honey is an animal product. Luckily, we have a substitute….maple syrup makes a terrific replacement for honey in this salad dressing, so we’re calling it “hunny mustard dressing.” Or you could call it a maple Dijon dressing, but that’s not as much fun.

Hunny Mustard Dressing (Maple Dijon Dressing):

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons olive oil

Add all ingredients to a small glass jar. Shake until combined and serve immediately.
